Partnership Program

Fill out the form below to enroll in the Partnership Program for the 2026 program year.

All Veritiv Pollock Customers in good standing during the promotion and at the time of the trip are eligible to participate. Participants must have prior approval from their corporate office. All corporate offices that specifically prohibit their operations from being involved in promotional trips are excluded from this program.

• Participants must be 21 years of age or older to travel.
• Trips will be awarded to customers for the time period beginning with sales on January 1, 2026 and ending on October 31, 2026.
• Each Company can enroll one time. Are you the authorized contact for your Company?  If you are, please proceed and submit your enrollment.
• If you are not the authorized contact, please enter the information of that person in the form below and complete this form for your company.
• A 1099 for the taxable value of the trip will be issued the January following the trip date to all winners that take the trip.
