Supplier mentioned above agrees to invest in Veritiv Pollock’s strategic marketing program, “Partnership Program”, abiding by the level of commitment and payment terms above.

Supplier understands that this investment in the Veritiv Pollock “Partnership Program” promotion is new money above and beyond their existing marketing budget, and will not substitute for present allowances, rebates, earned income, marketing considerations, street monies, or other accruals that are presently offered to promote and merchandise products.

Supplier understands that Veritiv Pollock is committed to use 100% of funding for the “Partnership Program” to promote supplier’s products/services and will aid this promotion as needed. Supplier will allow Veritiv to post/email/promote their name, logo and any marketing content provided for the purpose of this program (in the allotted program year), with permissions.
